Learning and development are fundamental aspects of life at VicSuper. We provide our people with comprehensive on-the-job training to keep them up-to-date with the constant changes to legislation governing the superannuation industry, as well as to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to contribute to individual and team development. Training is developed to meet our criteria for success and delivered using a range of internal and external expertise.
